Probably few of you have seen or even heard of this film. A inspirational playground for Metallica's "One" clip, "Johnny Got His Gun" is a profound psychological recital, about a young man whom the war left with no arms and legs. The battle goes on in his head, trying to realize the black reality that surrounds him (doesn't see, only hears) and lives from memories. A deeply touching story of a human treated unhumanly. man, that's one hell of a movie. still, don't watch it - if you haven't already - if you feel you're either ignorant or too sensitive and/or empathic. might broke some glasses in your head. My pain is constant and sharp and I do not hope for a better world for anyone, in fact I want my pain to be inflicted on others. I want no one to escape... | ||||
